loyalty, and accountability guide everything I do. I believe in building valuable partnerships grounded in integrity and Trust.
Background
Twenty-plus years in finance and accounting teaches you something the textbooks don’t: the numbers are rarely the problem. The problem is when nobody can tell you what they mean. That’s where I come in. I’ve handled books across an unusual range – from music, film and TV production to government contractors, partnerships, and multi-entity structures. When I say I’ve seen messy, I mean it: When I say I’ve seen messy, I mean it: try reconciling royalty statements from six platforms, four writers, and one handshake deal.

I’ve built my career helping businesses move from financial overwhelm to confident decision-making – untangling messy books, building systems people can actually maintain, and translating financial statements into plain English. Whether your operations are layered and complex (multi-entity structures, partnerships, funds) or lean and still evolving, my job is the same: make sure your financial foundation supports where you’re going, not just where you’ve been.
I work closely with business owners and leadership teams — integrating into your existing structure, training your people, or looping in trusted specialists when a situation calls for one. No hostage-taking, no black boxes, no “just trust me.” My goal is simple: financial systems that are steady, scalable, and built around your long-term direction. (And yes, every transaction gets a real description. It’s a thing with me.)
Beyond the Numbers
Outside of work, I find balance in the outdoors — hiking new trails, exploring new places, and making space for perspective. Travel keeps me curious, books keep me learning, and time with my son and friends keeps me grounded in what matters most.

GOOD COMMUNICATION, SOLID SYSTEMS, AND FOLLOW-THROUGH GUIDE EVERYTHING I DO. I LIKE THINGS ORGANIZED, PEOPLE SUPPORTED, AND NOTHING Spilling.
Background
For more than 15 years, I built my career as a professional musician, touring internationally and performing at major festivals, theaters, and televised events. Working in an industry where every show depended on precise coordination, adaptability, and teamwork gave me a deep appreciation for the people and systems that keep everything running behind the scenes.

After stepping away from touring, I transitioned into production coordination, where I discovered a passion for the operational side of creative work. I enjoy organizing projects, managing documentation, supporting clients, and creating systems that help teams stay focused and work more efficiently.
Today, I bring that same problem-solving behind-the-scenes mindset to Brite House Partners, helping create efficient systems, improve client experiences, and keep the operational side of the business running smoothly.
beyond the office
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and our Blue Heeler, Nibbs (my son). We love camping, road-tripping, and finding any excuse to get back to the mountains. Music will always be a huge part of my life, and I still love catching live shows and jumping behind a drum kit whenever I get the chance!
